your business, yours
We run a small site with no analytics, no tracking pixels and no database of our own. The short version is that we hold almost nothing about you, and the little we do touch is what you hand us to send you an order.
Only when you buy something. At checkout we ask for your name, email address and mobile number, because a parcel needs somewhere to go and you need to hear from us when it ships.
Straight to Razorpay, who process the payment. Your details are attached to the order in their dashboard, and that dashboard is the only record of it. We do not keep a copy on our own servers, because we do not have any.
Your card, UPI or bank details are entered on Razorpay's own secure checkout and never pass through this site. We do not see them at any point, and we could not store them if we wanted to.
We do not set any. Razorpay's checkout sets its own while a payment is going through, which is how it keeps the transaction secure. That is theirs and it is covered by their privacy policy.
Event registration runs through Google Forms, so whatever you enter there is held by Google under their privacy policy rather than by us. We see the responses and use them to plan the day, and nothing else.
Email contact.projectukiyo@gmail.com and we will remove what we can. Records tied to a completed payment sometimes have to stay in Razorpay's system for tax and accounting reasons, and we will tell you plainly if that applies.
You can also ask us what we hold about you at any time. It will be a short answer.
This site and the shop are run by Ukiyo. If something here concerns you, the Contact page is the way to reach a person.
