We would rather tell you a slow date and beat it than promise a fast one and miss it. The timings below are deliberately generous.
When something is on pre-order it has not been made yet. We collect orders, make the batch, then send it out. That takes up to 4 weeks from the day you order.
If a batch runs late, we will email you and say so rather than let the date pass in silence. If it runs so late that you would rather not wait, you can cancel and have the full amount back.
Delivery within India takes 5 to 7 days after the parcel is handed to the courier. You will get an email with tracking on the day it leaves us.
Anywhere in India. We do not ship internationally yet, mostly because we have not worked out how to do it without the postage costing more than the thing inside.
The price you see on the shop page is the price you pay. Shipping within India is included, so nothing extra appears at checkout.
Give it a few days past the window, then email contact.projectukiyo@gmail.com with your order number and we will chase the courier. If it is genuinely lost we will replace it or refund you in full.
An address typo is the usual culprit, so it is worth checking the confirmation email first.
